Use Your Props


Everyone’s body is created differently.There are tons of ways to adjust and refine yoga pose to fit your body’s shape, ability, and goals.Using yoga props is a great way to support yourself in yoga poses.Try placing blocks under your knees to support the legs in bound angle pose.This works when in a seated position or laying position.You can also do a half or one-legged laying bound angle pose.Placing a bolster or block under the bent leg adds support to the that leg and hip.
