There are many reasons for low back pain and many ways to treat the condition. Yoga has been shown to help manage the effects of chronic low back pain. Simply taking a yoga class one day a week can help.
One of the things I do in almost every yoga class I teach is some simple core strengthening techniques. The core muscles help to stabilize your spine. Improving your core strength, helps maintain or create a strong and healthy spine.
