After physical therapy for chronic pain from a car accident, Regina worked with a yoga teacher doing private yoga sessions. Although this was helping, she wanted to find an affordable way to incorporate more yoga into her life. She started taking classes at Hippie Yoga in 2019.
Before yoga Regina felt like she tried everything to help ease her pain and manage the emotional toll the pain was taking on her life. Incorporating regular yoga classes into her pain management plan has helped tremendously. She has found that attending at least three classes a week helps mange her pain and help regulate her emotions.
Regina likes to attend classes in the morning. You can spot her by her colorful yoga mat and props. Next time in class say “Hello” to Regina!
