Say Hello To Laya




We're excited to introduce Laya, a dedicated member of our Hippie Yoga community. Laya’s yoga journey began a few years ago when she decided to explore the benefits of yoga, like improved balance, increased flexibility, and better sleep. She quickly found that all those benefits were true, and that was just the beginning.

Initially, Laya attended classes periodically. But as she started noticing positive changes in her overall well-being, movement, and sleep, she began to attend more regularly. What keeps Laya coming back? She loves the welcoming and friendly environment at Hippie Yoga, where both the instructors and fellow members create a comfortable space to practice.

One of the things Laya appreciates most about yoga is the variety of classes. From the relaxing vibes of Peace Out to the strength-building Peace, Love & Healthy Back, Hippie Strength (with weights), and the challenging Groovy Flow—Laya enjoys them all! Although it’s tough for her to choose just one favorite, she admits that Groovy Flow is the most challenging, and she loves a good challenge!

When it comes to favorite poses, Laya’s top pick is Child’s Pose. She finds it incredibly relaxing and enjoys the deep stretch it offers—so much so that she loves to linger in it a little longer.

We’re so glad to have Laya as part of our Hippie Yoga community and look forward to her continued yoga journey.
