As the holidays approach, we want to share our special class schedule so you can plan your yoga practice and take time for yourself during this busy season:

Holiday Class Schedule:

• 12/24 (Christmas Eve): Morning Classes Only

  • 9:00 AM – Groovy Flow with April

  • 10:30 AM – Take It Easy with April

• 12/25 (Christmas Day): No classes

• 12/31 (New Year’s Eve): Morning Classes Only

  • 9:00 AM – Groovy Flow with April

  • 10:30 AM – Take It Easy with April

• 1/1 (New Year’s Day): No classes
