My back loves Child’s Pose! It also makes me feel better when I am feeling anxious or overwhelmed. It is so grounding. Lingering in this pose helps me pause, breathe, and relax. There are many ways to use props to help soften and adjust in child’s pose. What is your go to prop in Child’s pose?
